Day 1: Phnom Penh and its surroundings
Upon arrival in Phnom Penh, spend half a day to either explore Tuol Sleng and the killing fields Choeung Ek or enjoy a guided tour around the town itself, including the royal palace, the national museum and Wat Phnom.

Day 2: Phnom Penh to Siem Reap via Sambor Prei Kuk
Leave the capital and explore the beautiful landscape on your way to Siem Reap. Try deep fried Tarantula at a small town called “Spiderville”, explore the impressive pre-Angkorian capital of Isanapura, known today as Sambor Prei Kuk and enjoy a picnic lunch. After exploring the main temples in their quiet setting, continue along the old Angkor road and see Kompong Kdei, one of the ancient Angkor bridges with more than 20 arches.
You check in to the hotel in Siem Reap in the afternoon.

Day 3: Angkor in a day
Rise early at sunrise to explore the mother of all temples, Angkor Wat. Believed to be the world’s largest religious building, this temple is the perfect fusion of symbolism and symmetry and a source of pride and strength to all Khmers. Spend the day here with your guide to explore the most important parts of the temple compound.
